Referrals from other Dental professionals
We regularly take referrals from other dental professionals across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire for both dental implants and a range of minor oral surgery.
We undertake all forms of implantology from single implant placement and restoration to full mouth rehabilitation. Other preparative procedures are sinus grafting, block bone and particulate grafting. We are happy to complete both the placement and restorative phases, or just to place the implants. In addition we are happy to simply carry out preparative procedures such as bone grafting or sinus grafting prior to your implant placement and restoration.
According to clinical need we are fully equipped and experienced in using usually Ankylos, but if clinical need requires also Astra or Tatum implant systems. Dr David Fox has hundreds of happy implant patients. At present our implant success rate is 98%.

Unfortunately she did not have sufficient bone into which implants could be placed so she required sinus grafting beforehand. Mrs H was delighted with the final result and so also decided to have her old front crowns replaced with more natural-looking cosmetic crowns. One year later she stated ‘it was the best thing I have ever done’.
Case History 2Mrs N had upper teeth that were failing as a result of advanced gum disease and/or decay. Understandably she did not want dentures. Unfortunately it was necessary to extract all but one of her remaining upper teeth. Multiple implants were then placed and restored using either a single large bridge, or a series of smaller bridges, either screwed or cemented to the implant
